Order Processing Time

We pride ourselves on being extremely quick on all shipments. Although most packages ship out same-day or next-day, please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process.

Vira does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM will ship out the next day. This means that orders placed Friday after 2 PM will ship out on Monday.

Standard Shipping (Kerry express):

  • ฿35 THB within Bangkok greater area 
  • ฿55 THB for other zones 

Return Policy

For all orders purchased via vira.care, we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.  Returned items must be unused for them to be returnable. We will not accept items that are damaged, stained, or show visible signs of wear. All items should include original packaging and tags.

Please contact our customer service team at support@vira.care to inform us that you would like to return your purchase, and we will provide instructions on how to start your return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@vira.care with the following information: 

  • The order number and the name of the item you are wanting to return
  • A request for either store credit or refund 
  • The receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you can, we’d love you to try and conserve shipping bags and return your items in the same mailer bag it arrived in.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
